Meet the PooPrints Team
Mr. Tom Boyd is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of BioPet. He is the founder and past CEO of Fi-Shock, Inc., founder and past CEO of Mark Electronics, founder and past CEO of I-°©Shop, Inc, and founder and past CEO of The Boyd Group. He is the Current Chairman of the Board of EDP Biotech Corporation.
Mrs. Retinger is Chief Operating Officer of BioPet. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Emory and Henry College in 1976, and an ABS in Computer Science from Draughon’s Junior College in 1980. She served for ten years as Chief Administrative Officer of EDP Biotech Corporation, the original parent company of BioPet Laboratories, before assuming the same position at BioPet. Meg currently serves BioPet Laboratories in the role of Chief Operating Officer.
She was employed by Fi-°©Shock Inc. for 25 years where she served in many capacities, including Corporate Secretary and Treasurer, Vice President of Administration, Chief Administrative Officer, and President.

Board of Directors
Mr. Tom Boyd is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of BioPet. Mr. Boyd has served on the Company’s Board of Directors since the Company was incorporated in December 2008. He currently serves as the Chairman and CEO of EDP Biotech. He is the founder and past CEO of Fi-°©Shock, Inc., founder and past CEO of Mark Electronics, founder and past CEO of I-°©Shop, Inc, and founder and past CEO of The Boyd Group.
Governor Sundquist was elected to the Company’s board in June 2011. Governor Sundquist served as the Governor of Tennessee between 1995 and 2003. He served in the U.S. Congress between 1982 and 1994.
Governor Sundquist currently is a Partner at Sundquist Anthony LLC, the Director at Bankeast & Bankeast Corporation, Director of Great Smokey Mountain Heritage Center, Member of the National Advisory Council Aspen Institute, Direct at Howard Baker Center for Public Policy, University of Tennessee, Advisory Board Member at ICCF (International Conservation Caucus Foundation), Director at Oquirrh Institute, Governors Board of Director, Trustee Emeritus at Fund for American Studies and is on the Board of Trustees of Augustana College. During his time serving as Governor of the State of Tennessee, Governor Sundquist managed a balanced $20 billion budget, reduced baseline budget in excess of $400 million, led the state to a record $40 billion is private investment producing over 300,000 new jobs, led 20 trade missions to world markets including China, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Israel, the UK, Germany, Bulgaria, Sweeden, Norway and Italy.
While Governor Sundquist served as a US Congress Representative he served on the House Ways and means Committee and the Budget Committee, was the Technology Assessment Board Vice Chairman and was one of the principal authors of the Ethics Reform Act of 1989. Governor Sundquist also served as the President and CEO of Graphic Sales of America, a Founding Member, Board Member, First Chairman and Member of the Executive Committee at the Bank of Germantown and was a founding Partner of Red Hot and Blue.
Mr. Peters has served on the board since it was incorporated in December 2008. Mr. Peters has served as the President and COO of The White Stone Group since February 2001. The White Stone Group was recognized in 2004 by INC magazine as one of the 500 fastest growing privately held companies. Prior to The Whitestone Group, Mr. Peters was the President of IPIX Corporation (IPIX). While at IPIX, Mr. Peters facilitated a private placement financing round for $28M and an IPO, which raised the company $72 million. Prior to joining IPIX, Mr. Peters was Vice President/General Manager of Kodak’s Digital Imaging Group.
Mr. Peters, who has more than 20 years of management experience, also held a variety of executive positions in marketing, operations, development, and manufacturing, including General Manager of several divisions of Harris Corporation’s Semiconductor Sector. He was responsible for leading the Harris integration team during the acquisition of GE’s semiconductor business. Mr. Peters holds a BS degree in Chemistry from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Florida Institute of Technology.
Michael Spalding, MD
Dr. Spalding was elected to the Company’s board in December 2008. Dr. Spalding, a urologist, recently retired after 35 years in private practice in Nashville, Tennessee. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Prevalence Health, in Jackson, Mississippi; Qualigen, in Carlsbad, California; and Innovative Health Systems in Atlanta, Georgia. He is the past president of the Kidney Foundation of Nashville, Tennessee Valley Lithotripsy, and Middle Tennessee Urological Society.
Mr. Yoakley was elected to the Company’s board in December 2008. He is a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Yoakley is a CPA with 30 years experience. Mr. Yoakley co-founded the regional CPA firm of Pershing Yoakley & Associates (PYA) in 1983, which is headquartered in Knoxville, Tennessee, and has offices in Georgia, Florida and Texas. Mr. Yoakley specializes in taxation of for-profit entities and has served on numerous private company Boards including one SEC registrant. In his professional career, Mr. Yoakley has represented numerous clients before the Internal Revenue Service and has been extensively involved with formation of new companies including acquisition of capital investment. Mr. Yoakley is a principal in several PYA affiliates including a registered investment advisory firm, a real estate consulting/investment firm and a valuation firm. Mr. Yoakley also serves on three community not-for-profit Boards and is a principal in the Knoxville Ice Bears, a minor-league professional hockey team.
Autumn Anfang has spent over 25 years in Finance, Accounting and Business management in for-profit and non-profit organizations. She currently serves as a senior business executive at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She earned her undergraduate business degree from the University of Georgia and her Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, leading to her public accountant certification. Since 1987, Mrs. Anfang has resided in Wisconsin. She and her husband Mike Gallenberger have two wonderful teenagers, Connor and Sara Anfang. She loves to travel, read, hike, run and spend time with her family.
