What is Fi?

  • PooPrints is partnering with Fi because both brands are committed to rewarding responsible pet ownership. PooPrints helps communities keep properties clean and pet-friendly, while Fi supports pet parents with smart collars that promote safety, wellness, and accountability. Together, the partnership offers a meaningful perk for residents, reinforcing responsible behavior while giving pet owners tools that make life with their dogs easier, safer, and more rewarding.

  • This exclusive perk is available to pet parents in participating PooPrints communities and is designed to reward responsible ownership with smart collar technology. The offer is available to new PooPrints residents registered on or after August 20, 2025.

  • You’ll receive an email with details about the Fi offer once our lab has processed your dog’s DNA sample.

  • If your property set up your account, it’s possible your email address was entered incorrectly, or the message may have landed in your spam folder. Our emails come from noreply@pooprints.mailer.com, so be sure to check there. If you believe your dog’s DNA swab has already been received by our lab and still haven’t gotten the email, please reach out to us for assistance.

  • No. If you redeem this offer, it’s completely separate from PooPrints and your property, and they will not see any information related to your Fi account. Some communities may choose to participate in a Fi “leaderboard” feature where pets can compete for steps, but joining is entirely optional and requires your consent.
